We have a new puppy and asked our vet for some dewormer. She's 8 weeks old. They said Virbantel, 1/4 now and 1/4 in 4 weeks.

I trust this vet, but I like to double check things. When I google it, it says to use in dogs over 12 weeks.

What should I use for a puppy dewormer?
