Need advise from mom's who have babies with liver shunt disease, what do you advise and what do we need to do from our side...diet etc? So Stressed
Definitely no surgery until you know what is going on. Has your vet done bile acid testing? You don't need a specialist to do that.

Until you know details try not to get too upset. If she has not shown symptoms, it may not be a shunt. If it is, it can be repaired surgically and usually very successful.
