It’s normal to be worried. It’s a very routine surgery that many vets have done thousands of times. I wouldn’t say it’s super dangerous but it has its risks like any surgery. Make sure you do pre surgery blood work and due to the size of your pup make sure they have a way to keep her warm during surgery like a heated operating table. If she has any baby teeth that haven’t fallen out make sure to have the vet go ahead and remove them while she is under. I used a spay recovery suit with my youngest at night so she didn’t have to sleep in a cone.
