I think as they get older we start to slip up on potty training as well as that seems to be the age I hear of puppies regressing so I think it can be a bit of both. If she is peeing more then normal though you need to have her checked for a UTI. Just start back at the basics of potty training. If she doesn't go potty before bed I wouldn't be letting her on the bed. I crate train mine though and generally do that until a year old except for my Ollie bear who loves his crate and feels safe tucked into it at night.
