Welcome back
I can't advise / suggest a food.
My concern is, you say "you think he has IBS and does bleed when he poops".
Was he diagnosed by your vet that he has IBS? Because we cannot assume these things. Blood in stools is a big, a huge sign that something is wrong.
I strongly advise you to get Milo to your vet with a fresh stool sample and tested for IBS, and speak to your vet about a proper food. In severe cases of IBS, blood may show in the stools.
If you haven't already taken Milo to the vet I implore that you do so ASAP.
