I could go on for days. Cookie was infamous when it came to snakes (big ones, too
) , rats and she always tried for the opossums but they were able to avoid her.
Now I have a foster and my Hannah who are on the hunt every day for lizards and rats. I have a huge area behind my home and there are rats and snakes and hawks always trying to snag a meal.
Oh, and the squirrels....omg they come around just to torment. Thankfully they stay up high.
One of my previous fosters used to kill the toads.....no matter how many times he got that nasty taste in his mouth it didn't matter. They were his....OH, and the big cockroaches (Palmetto bugs AKA American cockroaches) .. he would drag them in the house.
I have stood yelling drop it SO many times I am sure my neighbors laugh to themselves.
The very worse thing though was a baby blue jay one of them nabbed last year...just made me sick.
