You’re better off with reputable breeders you’ll find through the Yorkshire Terrier group Ladyjane suggested. There are a lot of puppy mills and poor quality backyard breeders in NC, and there are even more in Virginia to your north. I wouldn’t trust any breeder I found through puppyfinder or any sales site (Hoobly, craigslist, etc).
