My current b/f hasn't been into animals since he lost his german shepard 10 years ago. I was really worried because if you don't love her, I'm not giving you a chance to love me and I told him that and we had a fallng out (this was before he'd met her). Then when came back together and he met her, and just fell for her. He loves her, he will play fetch and tug of war and rub her belly all night if she wants. But he thinks I go overboard with some things. She's really attached to him too and he got her a Valentine's day card too. He's cute with her, but I can occasionally see that on certain days he's not as gooey over her as other days. But he has suggested we get her a little play buddy, so we can have a life too..lol
