This isn’t disagreeing with what Joan said ... it’s expanding on it.

Yes, you do need to train your dog to stop using inappropriate behaviors, which would include lunging or biting at humans. The easiest way would probably be to teach her “sit” and/or “down” and then use one of those commands to stop her when she lunges or bites.

However, you also need to understand that dogs are sensitive, and they don’t understand mock anything. If someone is being slapped, your pup doesn’t see that as a funny game, she sees it as someone being slapped, and it agitates & upsets her. So do teach her not to lunge or bite, but also be sensitive to her. Don’t slap anyone in her presence when you know it agitates her
