There has been some threads on the issue of breeding and if I were you I would go back and read through them, but I was like you and thought about breeding her, but Kloey is my pet, she was not bought to breed, she was bought to love and cherish, I talked to my vet last week about this matter and she told me the more Kloey went through heat cycles the more prone she is to cancer, so that is something to consider. Dealing with them when there in heat is not fun, they bleed for about 21 days. I had to buy preemie diapers to put on her to keep the mess down. I'm not telling you you should or your shouldnt, but I'm having Kloey fixed asap. Also if you did breed, you should wait till she is at least 2 yrs old. |
