If she has a true food allergy she needs to come off any commercial food because they all come in contact with all ingredients in the factory and she needs to go back on a prescription food. I had good luck with Royal Canin Hydrolyzed small breed maybe ask your vet for a prescription for that food to at least try it. I am thinking she has IBD which is food allergy related. I have never had a probiotic work well with IBD and stopped trying with my girl who had it.
