Animal Smiley 049 Yorkie/Poo digestive issues

Hello,
I need some advise on my 12 yr old sweet girl Autumn. Since 3 months old, she has had intestinal issues. Found after tons of tests that she has food allergies. She can only have venison or lamb. Since this last September her intestines are acting up. Bloody diarrhea, very little vomiting. She was put on an antibiotic and couple weeks later back to normal, until about three weeks ago. Very bad explosive very bloody stool. Stomach very noisy and lack of appetite. Took her in she was put on an antibiotic, but didn’t help much. Vet then put her on Amoxi Drops plus FortiFlora. Extensive blood work done. Stool sample showed no bacteria in stool. Also put her on K/Z science diet. She then had excessive thirst. Drinking water in excess of 30x per day and wanting to go out after drinking. Her stools were formed and no longer bloody. This went on for about ten days, finally vet said take her off the K/Z because I kept telling him that’s when the thirst and frequent urinating started. I read that FortiFlora can cause thirst so I stopped giving her that also. Within a day, she was down to drinking about ten times per day and going out. She does not go out or want to drink from 8 pm to 8 am. Today she woke up with a very noisy tummy. She’s not thirsty and total loss of appetite. I gave her pumpkin which she normally loves, but would not eat it. I put tiny pieces of a lamb treat mixed in, she then ate it. I guess my main question is, what is a probiotic that I can give her that doesn’t cause excessive thirst? And a different food that would help her digestive tract? I feel so limited because of her food allergies. Her diet now is Zignature Lamb. I would appreciate any input.
