Hi,

We have a 7 month old Yorkie, our first ever pet. He's been generally well behaved till now but recently we've noticed he's started barking a lot when he's been indoors for an extended period of time (more than 1 hr). We have a backgarden in which we let him out for his business as well as when he gets bored indoors. However he tends to bark randomly when we let him out in addition to barking indoors. Any commands to get him back inside usually are ignored by him(unless we dangle a treat in front of him)We have tried distracting him with toys but with limited effect.

I'm sure this is not the first post detailing this problem. Any pointers from experienced owners will be of huge help.
