 Breeding-Sire Behavior question
Hello, New to Breeding. I have the sire and bitch on site. Just letting nature take it course; however, the sire has now become aggressive towards my male Chihuahua. It just happened in the last 12 hours. Sire had already mated her several times (it's both sire and bitches first time mating), and never displayed a behavior change. Then all of the sudden today....whammo...he changed. He is still our sweet boy towards us but is extremely jealous of the female. Following her everywhere, guarding her, and attacking my other male. Is this normal? And, does it subside as the heat subsides? Thank you-Dejah |
