They provided the akc litter number. It seems like 1 year health guarantee, parents vet check within 3 months of the litter, parent DNA, and taking the puppy back no matter what is the normal. If it doenst feel right dont buy, make sure to do research. Dont listen to fake promises.

Can I ask by what you mean by facilities? In my opinion good breeders breed out of their home and don’t have actual buildings.
