. When i was talking with breeders. I went with the one that required a visit to their facilities before deposit. They emailed me all vet records, and had me call the vet to verify everything. They provided the akc litter number. It seems like 1 year health guarantee, parents vet check within 3 months of the litter, parent DNA, and taking the puppy back no matter what is the normal. If it doenst feel right dont buy, make sure to do research. Dont listen to fake promises.
