I would get her to you vet like now, the vet would be able to let you know if she just gave birth, and give her a full check up to see if she may have another puppy inside. She may have a dead puppy inside her which is fatal for your beloved wee lil girl. Get off the computer and get this girl to the vet or any ER vet NOW.
