I have never heard of such a thing in a pup. I suggested a specialist because your pup sounds very ill and trying to diagnose online is a very long shot. She may have a problem with a tooth...her jaw...no clue but I would think your vet would have figured it out.

My suggestion is to get her to a vet tomorrow! Call your vet and if she doesn't have a diagnosis, ask for a referral to a specialist. Your pup sounds very ill. Please don't use Dr. Google!
