My very first post here. Not sure if this a right section of the forum.
We lost our 9 year old Yorkie, Sassy. We raised since she was 8 weeks old. It is very painful. She taught me how to love and to have a big heart. My heart got bigger, but now she left a giant hole in my heart. My family thinks Sassy would've wanted us not to be sad, and for us to give our love to another dog that needs our love. For those who have lost a Yorkie, do you get another dog? If you do, do you get another Yorkie or different breed? Sassy was a one of kind. I am still sad as my best friend who loved me unconditionally is gone.
