She is in distress and needs vet care. A four pound yorkie should never be pregnant and her life is at risk anyway let alone her being in distress. All those vaccines should never be given at once. Also not reputable vet gives half doses because vaccines are about the immune system not the size of a dog. I hope she has been to the vet by now.
