Reputable vets don't give HALF of vaccines. That is ridiculous. I have a 3 lb yorkie who has been vaccinated and he is fine. For rabies it is ILLEGAL to give less than the entire dose.
You came here and posted all this stuff about your yorkie. I am not EVEN going to get into the reasons why you should not breed. There is SO much more than size being a consideration.
What I will simply say is you posted saying your dog was restless and panting. Whether pregnant or not, she sounded to be in distress and you SHOULD have contacted your vet and had her examined.
