Do you have a regular vet you can call? If she doesn't like the food they gave her, get another. There are other RX foods. I have used Hill's ID Low Fat and also Royal Canin Gastro Low Fat for pups with pancreatitis.
Yeah, I would discontinue the Gabapentin and see how she manages. If she is painful she will let you know...either by panting a lot or hunching her back .
Sounds like she is ok...but I would encourage you to have her urine checked out if it remains dark in color after you get her eating again. |
