Piper has more winter sweaters than I and she makes good use of them. She also has a sheepskin harness for our winter walks. I have yet to find boots that I can get on Piper's feet, so when it's icy and or below 20 degrees, we usually don't go out cuz she feels it on her feet first, lifting one paw then the other until I scoop her up!

I have to shovel her deck and then shovel a few yards of snow off the grass so she can "go" since she's only about 9" tall! She sort of likes running through snow if it's light and fluffy, otherwise she gets balled up and bogged down and that's not fun for either of us!

Piper is real good about going out when it's really cold, although I DO have to pick her up and set her outside. Once out, she makes short order of doing her business and races back inside. We are very, very much alike, Piper and I!!
