Thanks for letting me know about the K/D Diet. He has had 1 bout of pacrititis back in January. Even though the numbers have decreased it never went back down to normal.

I will probably end up consulting with a specialist as that is what my vet is leaning towards. We are trying a change in med at the moment but if this does not work the speacialist will be next to see about other treatment options.

I will see what my doctor thinks about the food. Right now her biggere concern is the protien in the urine and wants him on the K/D diet. He likes it and when we tried changing it he had GI issues.
