I am so sorry your Lola is this ill. I have not had a dog with bladder cancer but I have heard it is quite serious as it usually is not operable. The one question I would have is how they know for sure it is cancer. Did they see cancer cells in the urine? I don't know if it is possible to have a growth that is not a neoplasm. You might want to ask that question.
If you want to be absolutely sure of your choices and you have not seen a specialist, you might want to see one.
