Agree. If been on the meds that long, or even four days, could be getting severely dehydrated from the diarrhea for over 24 hours and no equal fluid replacement. My late Jilly always got diarrhea from any antibiotics they gave her. I'd vet her immediately just in case so vet can check for dehydration, loss of electrolytes, etc.. Emergency vets stay open 24 hours these days, worth however far you need to drive to get to one.
