After you get it set up, put both your pups in it, if you think they may try to jump out put their harnesses on and tether them to the stroller. Keep the hood up and just walk around the inside of your home. You will see how they react. Then you can take them out doors for a test run when you can. I have a 3 wheel and a 4 wheel, I find the 3 wheel is much better for maneuvering.
