Exactly, an emergency vet cost 150.00 just to be seen, not to mention getting up and driving 18 miles to the emergency vet. I am so glad I figured it out. As soon as I changed the battery. Miss Thing went right back to sleep but she would not move from my side until she was sure there was no more beeping

My cat just had a tumor removed from her ear to the tune of 1200.00 back in August. I have insurance for Duchess but not for Chloe so I had to pay out of pocket for her vet emergency which I still owe 500.00.
