My vet is big on these Chinese Herbs, she's been using them for years, I have confidence in her choices. She would never put an animals life at risk. Ya know, when the tech brings your dog back to your car, there is much excitement, dog is going nuts. The tech adamant about keeping him on the two herbs, I can't remember her exact words because Cody was crazy wild climbing on my chest, shoulders, in my face. I was trying to control him while the tech was telling me why the herbs were so important to continue.
I fed Cody chic/rice last night, again he licked his bowl clean, throughout the day the nibbled at his kibble, by end of night he ate about 1/4 cup of it.
This morning I gave him his kibble, he ate it with no hesitation, good sign that his stomach is feeling better, at 9 I'll give him some chicken and rice. I am now waiting for him to make his first poop so I can see if the diarrhea is improving.
I am now concerned with holding back on those herbs did I take 10 steps back on his neck and back recovery. Eliminating that diarrhea was my primary concern.
Thanks for that link.
