That definitely sounds scary. After Ollie who is 15 pounds with no vision issues fell down the stairs I cringe every time any of them are on stairs anymore. Callie learned on carpet steps with no railing to slip through but where we live now they are steep slippery wood stairs. Stairs can be scary in general but add the railing issue and it makes them even scarier.
