ALT is a bit of a flaky enzyme. Honestly, I don't get too alarmed unless it is sky high and not coming down.
Usually my vet will just repeat in a few months if a mild elevation... you could ask about denamarin or milk thystle.
Did your vet suggest anything at all?? A recheck??
