Maybe she's dealing w/some pain from arthritis or some place she can still disguise it, as most dog's won't show pain due to old, inbred, canine fears of showing weakness/illness/injury for fear of being abandoned or attacked by their pack. Also, she could have an as-yet diagnosed disease process setting in, so just watch her closely and don't overtax her, vet her again in 4 - 6 weeks or so for another recheck of all systems w/full labs again. Could just be early dementia.
