This! I have been having this same problem. After our experience with a dog that turned aggressive it’s so important to me to meet the puppy. There are breeders out there that will put you on a waitlist and then let you have pick of the litter based on your position in the waitlist but they are hard to find! I’ve found one close enough for me to visit but let me tell you it comes with a price. These puppies are much more expensive than other puppies I’ve found but she also does health testing and training so it’s just a higher caliber breeder all around. I would suggest joining the Facebook group “Uncensored Opinions of Breeders (for real) “ and also “Purebred snobs” they can help direct you but you might have better luck looking at Biewers instead of a parti yorkie because that coloring is not Akc most great breeders will not be breeding for those colors.
