Still even show breeders can steer her to other breeders and networking can get her to a breeder she feels comfortable enough to ask about parti-breeders as a question or however she feels the need to broach the question. First comes reputable breeders, whatever kind of pup one is looking for, otherwise you are left with whatever the internet has to offer. As it's a recessive gene, even reputable breeders might know of someone whose bitch whelped one or more parti's as that breeder might have been misled about the true lineage of one or more of the breeding pair as a Yorkie might be a carrier of the gene, can pass it to another who carries it and if two carriers are bred together, parti pups. Or pedigrees, records can be faked, whatever, it can happen.
