I always supplement (bottle feed) the smaller pups from day one. Otherwise they get pushed aside and get weak. I would bottle feed him every 2 hrs. and wipe some Nutristat on his tongue. If he is too weak to bottle feed take him to the vet so he can be tube fed (unless you know how already), it is dangerous to do unless you know what you are doing.
