Sounds like a yeast or bacterial infection. You can't 2nd guess what she has and try over the counter stuff, you must get her to the vet ASAP before it gets worse.

Last August my boy had a bacterial ear infection, he was put on antibio for a week or two with a two follow up. With that follow up it turned into a yeast infection, different anti bio was give for a week or two (I forget) with a two week follow, there was still no improvement in his ear. With that follow up the yeast infection turned into two different bacteria infections, he was put on a very strong antibio for two weeks with a 4 week follow up. His ear scratching let up a bit. On the 4 week follow up they found he still had the two different bacteria infection, he was put on the same very strong antibio that can only be given for 28 days with another 4 week follow up. On the 2nd 4 week follow up his ear infection was gone, this was now in Dec. it took 4 months to clear up that ear with all the antibios he was given.

So PLEASE get your baby to the vet ASAP, don't let her suffer.
