Default HELP!!! Worried about my baby!!!!

Last week my 11 year old Yorkie Mack was limping (his front leg). I was going to call the vet, but it stopped about an hour or two after it began. He had LP surgery on both hind legs and also tore an acl on his hind leg. When he had those injuries, he wouldn't let me touch it. Even now, 5 years post op, he hates when I touch his back legs. But this is his front leg. Its completely limp and he has zero pain with it. He will let me touch it no problem. I called the vet and I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon, but im kinda freaking out now. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Im so worried its a nerve or something awful.
