Not not necessarily, if you wait to long with boys they start marking and it’s very hard to fix that. Generally by 6 months is when most of the baby teeth that are going to fall out have and the vet can just pull the rest. It’s dry very common for yorkies to have retained baby teeth but they should be removed before a year because food gets stuck between them and they can mess up the alignment of their teeth. Callie had to have a lot pulled and the other 3 had about 2 to 3 pulled.
