Call or email your local Yorkshire Terrier club,, or the nearest one to you, talk to the president, ask for recommendation for responsible pet-quality breeders and network from there. They can give you some great pointers & insignt to various breeders and talking to them may lead to any pups or dogs a breeder might be looking to place in a pet home. Be prepared to be grilled on your dog & vetting history & present living conditions, yard, location near vet, etc., so they can properly assess you for "worthiness" to own one of their dogs. If they don't, move on until you find a breeder who cares deeply about the fate of the dog he's selling.

Or you might try Yorkie rescues.
