When Penny and Joey went for their shots I swear they had them for an hour and that's just not going to work for him. I just wish they had some kind of plan for dogs like Ollie because I know he isn't the only one. Leaving him for his neuter at least I know my vet give a sedative before they even start the process of the IV and everything. I don't even want to think about when he needs his first dental or if he would ever have to stay overnight. I'm working on it but with all the pet events being canceled he isn't getting much time to work on it.
Just wondering ... since human companions aren’t allowed into the vet’s office, would your vet allow one of your other, braver dogs to go in with Ollie and stay with him during any necessary procedure? Even if the two were in crates side-by-side, and the other pup never left his/her crate, at least Ollie would have one of his pack nearby.
