That's why I hate leaving my dog for any work of any kind. Some employee of even the groomer/owner at the business just doesn't show up that day mentally or doesn't care or who knows what and why all the horrible things happen that do happen. Even if you ask to speak to the specific person who may be working on your dog, can mean nothing if they misunderstood, had to leave the job to another or any of an armful of reasons why this go so wrong. Even if you write instructions down, date and sign them, the note gets left up front or whatever. Just never know for sure until you see your dog again.
