You better believe my 5 yr old (6 on Saturday) son that thinks he knows more than mom, gets his little butt busted! There are a few things in this world that are a certainty and that is one of 'em! Timeouts in this house are a no-no. All he'll do while he's in one of those, is figure out what he's gonna torture me with next! His room is like a miniature Toys-R-Us, so no punishment there. Worst thing I can do is make him stay with me. LOL
