Hello, I saw a similar thread under Sick and Injured thread and I posted about my experience.
I have some experience as my dog had suffered a Lymphangiectasia which has similar symptoms. My dog was often prescribed Prednisone(steroid) whenever she had an attack. Vet has put her on Royal Canine Prescription food for Gastrointestinal.(you can only get this from Vet's office). I was able to control her symptoms by giving the dog no-meat treats. ie apples, carrots, lettuce(my dog's favorite), bananas, sweet potatoes, etc. I also gave her Coconut oil.
I think the symptoms are well managed by diet.
