I asked my vet if he had to turn me in and he said for all he knew Piccolo got her vaccine from another place. It clearly says on the vaccine packages not to give if they have health problems. I did titer once, so perhaps you could do something like that.

It makes it harder with everything being shut down because I can’t even talk to the vet. Hopefully they will let people start going in soon. I’m so frustrated with everything right now.
