I am so upset. I know this is nothing new (people not being happy with grooming) but just picked my baby up from the groomer and I’m not happy. This is a groomer I’ve used before but haven’t in awhile. I went in masked and with very specific instructions. The most important thing: I didn’t want anything cut off his face. I’ve purchased many, many bows in delight that his hair has grown enough for a top knot. No hair sticking in his eyes anymore and everything lays down perfect. He was at the point where he would let me put the bows in. His face looked so full like I love it. I pick him up 4 hrs later and top knot cut off and all t almost a close shave around his eyes and nose. Why..... Sorry for the rant but I am piss’d. And she had the nerve to say she’ll write down the instructions next time so it won’t be confusion. As if.
