I'll have to say without so much as a doubt, no! Of course the fact that I don't own a car may help

. I live in the downtown core and have roughly a 20 second walk to work. It's 10-20 k to buy a parking spot in most condos downtown. I do have about have about a 5 minute walk to my yorkies daycare every morning though.
