He’s always been scruffy, but the “devilish imp” part took a while to develop. Although, I’m not complaining. He was a bit pitiful when I first brought him home, and now the vet says he’s one of the happiest puppies she’s ever seen. It would be nice if he’d hold still, though - just for a few minutes - so I could brush and trim him.
