Well, it sure was a big consolation reading about the other Yorkie's fussy eating habits. Reggie will eat good for a day or two, then he eats very little and starts acting lethargic and listless so I give him a bit of Karo Syrup and he perks up and eats better. I don't want to keep giving him the Karo Syrup but the vet said it won't hurt him and this way I don't have to worry about him getting hypoglycemic. I've also noticed that when he won't eat, if I give him some Karo, then he perks up and eats his dry food.

I'm feeding him Royal Canin but I would consider trying another dry food if anyone has a suggestion. I've seen Nutro on here a lot. Is that a good wholesome choice? Should I wean him onto it or just give it to him?
