not the time to be looking to rescue. And you living in NYC that has the highest cases of Covid-19, you should be self isolating not looking to be scampering about period. No one looking to re-home will let you in to look at a dog, life is at a stand still right now. I understand you want a BFF for your baby but it ain't gonna happen now, life is to unstable, and you do not have a car, no one will travel to NYC to you in these dangerous times. You are going to have to wait for that rescue PLEASE.
