I live in Delaware and we have been on lock down going on 3 weeks. As you can imagine, not being able to go outside as much is definitely impacting Duchess's demeanor a little bit. She seems down or bored, not as happy or mischievous as she usually is. She doesn't even play with her pet cat Chloe like she used too.
I feel so bad for her. Duchess is used to going outside at least 3 times a day and for much longer periods. She is hyper energetic and loves her walks and going on long hikes. If it would up to her, she would be outside 24 hours a day.
We are able to go out for short walks around the school yard and she runs the entire "walk"

. She has so much pent up energy. I make sure to find things to help keep her busy and that does help but I wish I could do more. She just really wants to be outside. It's times like this where I wish I had a fenced in yard. Well at least she is safe and healthy even if she is a little bored.
On the other hand, Chloe (the cat) could care less. She's an indoor cat and she's probably pissed that I am home 24 hours a day......she loves her me time
How are your furbabies handling the quarantines? (if you are in quarantine)
